Job description:
1. Contribute to the evolving design culture and process in the studio.
2. Create high quality presentation materials that communicate the design intent at any phase in a project. Branding, Graphic Designer, Creative, Print Design, Packaging designer. The candidate will be able analyze branding, packaging, and be able to solve daily problems as well as making a plan for longer term. Being a detail thinker and at the same time a large picture thinker. An interest into recycling material, eco material is a plus. Keen on trends is necessary to follow up with innovation.

Responsibilities:
1. Plan, build, manage, optimize and report on paid SEM campaigns across key search engines globally, including, Facebook, Google, Bing and others.
2. Provide reporting & data analysis to problem solve, identify opportunities and communicate key performance trends to the organization.
3. Analyze site data and report trends, habits and behavior of site visitors and online customers to identify opportunities and improve conversion.
4. Monitor competitive best practices, keep up with industry trends and introduce new ideas for improving performance Ad performance on Facebook and other platforms.
5. Drive online advertising and branding campaigns and maintain budget.
6. Develop channel strategy to build brand awareness, engagement, purchase intent, repeat purchase and brand advocacy.
7. Identify innovative ways to enhance consumer interactions with the brand and product online.
8. Coordinate with cross-team members on product optimization for search purpose, and with in-house web technical team to implement search engine optimization (SEO)
9. Propose and test new platforms that could be used to drive more sales for YI at the desired COS.
Requirements:
1. 3—5 years of online marketing/communications experience within internet and emerging media
2. Hands-on experience managing performance campaigns using Facebook Ads (essential) and Google AdWords, Baidu, Yahoo or other platforms (preferred.)
3. Professional, energetic, creative individual
4. Capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously and working to challenging deadlines
5. Strong organizational and follow-through skills
6. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
7. Excellent communication– verbal and written with internal and external stakeholders
i. Fluent in English (required) — since YI has a global team, with customers from all over the world, English will be used in the staff's daily life
